Food and Spirit coaching goes several steps beyond changing “diet” and “lifestyle”, to the heart of the issues relating to your relationship with food and working with your inner self. You can ultimately come to a place where you work with foods as therapeutic tools to heal the issues within you!

Sometimes we need assistance in realigning our bodies with our heart’s desires and our soul wishes. There are a variety of options offered by Food and Spirit Consulting:

1. One-on-one coaching with Dr. Deanna Minich

Track #1 – Fine-tuning
In this 2 hour visit with Dr. Deanna Minich, specific health goals are assessed and matched to your current food plan, activity schedule, and stress management strategy. Creative, quick, hands-on tools and an eating plan to suit your schedule and goals are provided.

Track #2 – Lifestyle Makeover
A thorough series of visits (4 to 12, depending on individual needs) scheduled with Dr. Deanna Minich to construct a lifestyle plan tailed to the individual. The focus is on INSPIRATION – INFORMATION – INTEGRATION in all essential areas of one’s life: body image, emotions, stress and relaxation, love and joy, communication and voice, insight and imagination, and soul. Truly a remarkable process and life-changing!

2. Nutrition for the Soul™ Classes

If you answer “yes” to any of these questions, Nutrition for the Soul classes are for you:

  • Are you longing for a feeling of interconnection and relationship?
  • Are you craving a social support network?
  • Would you like to meet people that have similar eating issues?
  • Would you feel nourished by learning from a variety of people in a small group setting?

Nutrition for the Soul is an established series of classes (ranging from 8 to 12) for a small group setting. Each week focuses on a particular aspect of the body-soul relationship with respect to eating and food choices.

3. Presentations

On request, Dr. Deanna Minich is available to give dynamic, colorful presentations on topics related to any aspect of food and eating. Special topics include: inspirational eating, emotional eating, combating cravings, enlightened eating.
