Over the span of seventeen years, Melanie Cooper has developed a breath of health and wellness experience. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Food & Nutrition from Texas Tech University. Upon graduating she worked for a predominant weight loss company for thirteen years. In 2013, Melanie went back to her grass roots of nutrition, and became a Holistic Nutrition Practitioner. She is the Founder and CEO of Right Fit- Melanie Cooper. She has experience in working with blood sugar management, weight management, anti-inflammatory and identifying food triggers . Melanie takes a holistic approach looking at the whole person not just pieces and parts— incorporating food, body and lifestyle— identifying and targeting what may be hindering you from reaching your health goals. She offers one on one support, group nutrition programs, corporate wellness, and cooking workshops.
