As many of you can attest to, the journey to wellbeing is a remarkable one. My conscious journey started when I was expecting my first child. After my second child, the journey quickened when I was faced with serious physical and mental health challenges. After receiving uplifting and empowering support from my yoga teachers and naturopaths, my professional aspirations were solidified: I was determined to be and facilitate the change I wanted to see in the world. In 2012, I completed a yoga teacher training, and in 2014 I completed a Pain Care Yoga Certificate with Neil Pearson, of Life Is Now. In 2014, I also thoroughly enjoyed and completed the Food and Spirit Practitioner program with Dr. Deanna Minich, as well as my certificate in Positive Psychology Coaching through the WholeBeing Institute, founded by Tal-Ben Shahar. All of these tools mix dynamically together to create an integrative and holistic approach to life care. I am excited about sharing my work with others, meeting clients where ever they might be on their journey of wellbeing.
