Fiona is a former high performance swimmer and triathlete, and is an Australian qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologist. She has a scientific and analytical, yet spirit-filled, holistic view of health and wellness. Her tertiary qualifications include a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Graduate Diploma of Secondary Education. As an Exercise Physiologist, Fiona blends modern science and exercise prescription guidelines with aspects of ‘ancient wisdom’ that now have evidence base behind them; including Tai Chi/Qi Gong, Yoga and meditation. The combination of personal and professional development has allowed Fiona to approach client care with a holistic attitude, and she sees her clients’ attaining better outcomes when wholesome, nourishing and whole-person strategies can be integrated.
